

Today we are presenting a dish that is as good as it is easy to make, with Bio Einkorn Wheat Penne (link).
Ingredients for 2 people:
250g Einkorn Wheat Penne rigate
1/2 red onion
450 g tomato sauce
100 g plant cream
100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
Dried aromatic herbs
Fresh basil
EVOO
Salt
Firstly, thinly slice the onion and brown it in the pan together with the chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, the aromatic herbs and the EVOO.
When the onion has softened, add the tomato sauce, fresh basil and cook for 5/7 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta and strain it al dente. Lastly, sauté it in the pan with the plant cream for 2 minutes!
Serve with a drizzle of raw oil and a small basil leaf 🙂
